NOTE: Monday, December 26th is considered the holiday for UPS so there will be no shipping on that day.

Overnight Shipping: Last Day is Thursday, December 22nd for delivery on Friday, December 23rd. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, December 27th.

Monday, December 19th is last recommended day for UPS ground shipping. Encourage your customers to avoid holiday headaches with last minute shipping and to order gifts early for a stress free holiday!

Please note priority mail is never guaranteed. During the holiday season you should expect three days at best and up to five if going across the country. Do not rely on priority mail for your customers who are shipping late, unless they are okay with the gift not arriving by Christmas.

New Year's also falls on a Sunday so the Monday will be the holiday and there will be no shipping on January 2nd.

UPS Ground is not a guaranteed delivery method. If your customer wants it there on a specific date use 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Service to guarantee it arrives when they want it there.

Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service. Meaning if the post office takes two weeks to deliver your priority package they still do not give you a refund despite having paid for priority shipping. Which means Book Bouquet can not issue you a refund for priority mail shipments.

Hospital loading docks are not open on weekends. Hospital deliveries can only be shipped via UPS.

Shipments sent to incorrect addresses or hospitals where patient has been discharged can not have shipping refunded. We can reship your item or reroute your item for an additional shipping fee which is $11.00 for ground. A package delivered to an incorrect address that can not be reclaimed by the shipping carrier will not be refunded. Consumer takes all responsibility for the delivery address they entered with their order.
