Book Bouquet stands behind their products and services. If a product arrives damaged we will refund the shipping charges and replace the item. If an item is not delivered on time when shipped via a guaranteed delivery service we will refund the shipping charges. Note: shipping delays due to weather or other events out of anyone’s control cannot be refunded.

Our product descriptions and images may no longer be used on your website once the relationship between us has been terminated by either party.
SHIPPING:
Book Bouquet gift baskets and care packages can be shipped just about everywhere. For international gift basket delivery shipping is limited to priority mail international. For US gift basket delivery we offer a variety of shipping options including ground, three day service, two day service and overnight. Orders placed by 3:00PM Eastern Time US Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Friday will ship on Monday. There is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday or US Holidays.
